Spotlight: Omega's Show

I woke up to a sweet email this morning from Omega.  She does a few trade shows here and there AND she has an Etsy shop called, Selby Lanes.  She made bunches of stockings from my fun little Heirloom Stocking Pattern and sent me some pictures from one of her booths.  I had to share because I love her fabric combos!  The whole setup is charming as can be.

It looks like fun!

And her Etsy shop has even more inspiration.  I'm loving this sweet wreath:

Happy Holidays, everyone!!  And thanks, Omega, for sharing your creativity with us all!

Spotlight! Becky's Ruffle Cuff Stockings

I LOVE to see what people are sewing with my patterns.  It thrills me to think that someone else can enjoy these patterns that I love so much!

Becky was kind enough to pass along some pictures of her Ruffle Cuff Stockings.  She whipped some up to sell in her Etsy shop.  I love her pattern combos.  Check these out:

Great job Becky!!  So, head on over to her shop if you are interested in these cute things.

Or, if you'd rather whip up your own designs, you can get this pattern HERE

Have a great Monday!!!

Spotlight: Crafty Cupboard's Scripture Tote

Melanie over at the Crafty Cupboard did a little write-up about Yards and Yards.  She even reviewed my Scripture Tote pattern fro me!!  You can go check it out right HERE.

I just love her fabric choice!  Melanie altered the pattern a bit and opted not to add the ruffles, but it works!  And that's the beauty of being a DIY'er... you can add or take off anything you want to when you make it yourself!!

Of course, I love the ruffle too....

Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Spotlight! Amy's Stockings

Amy sent me this picture of her cute, cute stockings made from THIS pattern.  I just love how she modified it to make a sweet stocking for thier dog, Dexter.  Isn't that paw print adorable?

Here is what Amy wrote to me:

Hi.  Just wanted to send a pic of my completed Christmas stockings.  The pattern was great and easy to follow.  I didnt use the felt for the lining, but I think they still turned out firm enough and super cute!  I adapted your pattern a little bit to make the paw stocking for my dog, too.  That wasnt so hard, either.  I just had to find a paw print for the applique.  Thanks again for the great pattern.  I hope to make more of these for different family members.

Thanks Amy!!  I'm so glad you liked this pattern!!  And the fabrics you chose are beautiful!
