I have 3 little girls, a love for sewing, lots of fabric... what to do? Make aprons, of course.
So, I hunted high and low for the perfect apron and it was not to be found. Anywhere.
And so (deep breath) I made my own pattern. And I LOVE it. And I'm going to share with all of you! But it will take a few days to get the pattern all photographed and I just couldn't wait. So here are a few pics of the finished product.
There is that lovely Freshcut by Heather Bailey. I love that fabric even after 26 bolts of it. (I talk about that over HERE.)
The very best things about this pattern are:
5. It's adorable... ruffles and all.
4. It's very washable and sturdy.
3. The patterns is easy to change and comes in 3 sizes.
2. FREE and EASY
1. THE TIE IS ADJUSTABLE! There are no awkward ties around the neck. No not-so-kid-friendly D-rings. It is so easy to adjust so it fits the wearer just right. Just slides to where you want it so the neck is never too loose or too tight.
I can't wait to show you this pattern! Finally, the perfect apron!
PS. Linking up to some awesome parties!
Looks so cute, can't wait to see more!
