Free Pattern: Saturday Market Skirt

A year or so ago, I fell in love with Freshcut from Heather Bailey and ended up buying 26 BOLTS of it. Nope. Not a typo... BOLTS. But who wouldn't love this?

I have made quilts, lampshades, bulletin boards, aprons (I'll show you that one in another post), hair bows, and.... skirts, with this fabric. I love it!

I have 3 little girls and I wanted them to have matching Easter dresses. But I couldn't seem to find any in my budget that came in size 9 months, 3T and 7. Solution: Make them! So I did.

Another fabric designer I LOVE is Sandi Henderson. She seems so friendly and down to earth AND she occasionally puts free patterns on her blog. Enter the Saturday Market Skirt Pattern.

I sewed away and finished just in time for Easter. They are adorable and the instructions are super easy to follow. Sandi Henderson meets Freshcut!

This pattern is a thing of beauty! And these fabrics have been sooooo much fun. I think I'm down to my last 10 yards or so. Thanks Sandi for the free pattern!

I'll try to share some of my home decor projects with these fabrics later.

Linking to some parties. Check out all the fabric fabulousness. (Yeah, I know that's not actually a word. :)
