Scrapbooks Meet Fabric

I've seen it more and more lately. Scrapbooking companies are hitting the fabric industry. I suppose with the digital age, scrapbook paper designers are taking a hit. So.... move to fabric. I'm sure quilting won't go digital, even if you can design your own fabric these days.

Here are a few I've noticed:

BasicGrey designs with Moda
October Afternoon with Riley Blake
Cosmo Cricket

AND NOW...

Prima with Baum.

Welcome scrapbookers!!!

Deja' Vu: Sanae Does it Again!

You remember THIS post? Yeah it's all about my favorite fabric of all time, which is Arcadia by Sanae for Moda.

Well, FYI, it's ALL GONE! I can't find it anywhere. I have 2 yards, which I will probably NEVER use because then I won't have it anymore.

Fast forward to TODAY! Sanae has a new line for Moda called Chrysalis. It's not grabbing me like Arcadia, but it's at least close. I love it! Check it out HERE.

Up Close and Personal: Kate Spain's Central Park

I hunted down the close-ups of Central Park by Kate Spain. They were on the Moda site. Go figure. Here are a few of them. To see the rest, go HERE.

You know what I love about these? They are considered "children's novelty" but they are classy and edgy with a touch of modern. I could see me using these as well as using them in a nursery. I love that! Way to go Kate!!!

Sew In the Know Tuesday: New at Riley Blake

Flowers and labels and zippers.... oh my!!

First off, crocheted flowers. These are just wonderful and I could think of about a million uses for these. Check them out:

You can see more right HERE.

Next, we have these fabulous, pre-made labels to add to your designs! They come in 3 Colorways AND they each have enough room to turn under the edges of your label. I love that!

You can read more right HERE.

And last, the new zippers. I already posted about them HERE, but I had to have 3 things for my opening line to make sense. Hee hee!

Hi Everyone!!!

Yeah, I've been MIA. I helped my friend at a fair booth and it was CRAZY!! I sold a bunch of my adjustable aprons and some hair flowers. I had a great time, but I couldn't believe the work it took or the energy it zapped. But, I did take some pictures for you guys!!

Do you see that lovely buffet? It used to be a yucky, brown, sad buffet. I'll see if I took a before to show you in a future post.

Anyway, I'm back and ready to get back to all things fabric!
